Glenfiddich The Original is a Speyside single malt made as a tribute to the Glenfiddich release of 1963. It was developed from original recipes and production methods of that time.
The whisky matures in a mix of American bourbon casks and European oak casks, which bring together fruit, creamy vanilla and gentle wood.
The nose offers orchard fruit, ripe pear, green apple and citrus, with soft caramel and almonds. The palate is smooth and creamy, with pear, vanilla and honey, and the finish is long and soft, with vanilla, ripe fruit and honey.
