Glenfiddich Triple Oak 12 Year Old is a single malt from the Glenfiddich distillery in Dufftown, founded in 1886 by William Grant. Glenfiddich means valley of the deer in Gaelic.
The whisky is matured in three types of cask: bourbon and sherry casks, along with fresh casks made from French oak.
The tasting notes describe creamy barley with fresh orchard fruit, vanilla fudge and delicate oak spice, followed by softly toasted almonds and hints of gingerbread.
