Glengoyne 10 Year Old is a Highland single malt in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 43% ABV. It is made with air-dried barley, never peat, and distilled at what the distillery describes as the slowest pace in Scotland.
The whisky is matured in hand-selected ex-sherry casks made from European and American oak.
The colour is a clear, bright gold. The nose offers malt and oak with fruit, sherry, caramel, some chocolate and nuts. On the palate are green apple, grass, soft oak and vanilla sweetness, with coconut and almonds when water is added. The finish is slightly sweet and long.
