This is Glengoyne 10 Year Old Highland Malt, a medium-bodied single malt from the 2000s.
The nose is sweet, with toffee and popcorn, a slight nuttiness and fresh green apples. The palate is clean and warming, with green apples, grass and a hint of sweet liquorice. Adding water brings out sweeter notes of linseed oil and almonds. The finish is sweet and malty, and long lasting.
