This is Glengoyne 10 Years, a Highland single malt in a 70cl bottle at 40% ABV.
It was matured in a mix of American and European oak casks.
On the nose it is sweet, with toffee, popcorn, nuts and green apple. The palate brings Granny Smith apple, grass, oak and liquorice, and a little water draws out almond. The finish is sweet and malty.
