Glengoyne 15 Year Old is a Highland single malt, bottled by the distillery at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It matured for 15 years in a combination of first-fill Bourbon and first-fill sherry casks, and the distillery works with unpeated malt. It is chill-filtered, with no added colour.
Fresh hay and malt flour open the nose, followed by rosehip, citrus and dried fruit. On the palate, tropical fruit, candied lemon and apple pie meet vanilla and cinnamon. The finish is dry, with oak spice and vanilla lingering.
