Glengoyne Balbaina is a Highland single malt first created for the travel retail market, here in a 1 litre bottle at 43% ABV. It was matured in hand-selected first-fill European oak sherry casks sourced from southern Spain. The oak brings fruit and spice to a full-bodied, warming whisky, and the sherry casks add a bold complexity. The character remains unpeated, in the usual Glengoyne manner.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
