Glengoyne Legacy Chapter Three is a single malt Scotch whisky bottled at 48% in a 70cl bottle. It is golden in colour and was matured in a mix of casks: 22% new bourbon casks, 32% American oak sherry casks, 8% European oak sherry casks and 38% carefully chosen refill sherry and bourbon casks.
Raisins and cherries are the notes that greet you first. The finish brings dried fruit, pineapple, dark chocolate and spice.
