Glengoyne Legacy Chapter Two is a single malt bottled at 48% ABV. It is the second release in the Legacy series and honours Peter Russell, who with his family took ownership of the distillery and realised their dream of having a distillery of their own. The palate is creamy and well balanced, with apple, honey, green grapes and gentle spice on toast. The finish is warming and syrupy, with hints of sweet oak and dates.
