This is a 25 year old single malt from Glenrothes, part of the Soleo Collection. The range takes its name from the sun-drying of grapes for sherry in Jerez, and it carries age statements rather than the vintages of earlier Glenrothes bottlings.
The whisky was aged mostly in first-fill sherry-seasoned oak casks, which form its core.
