This is a nine-year-old Glentauchers from Speyside, distilled in 2014 and bottled in 2024 by Murray McDavid. It is bottled at a cask strength of 52.1% in a 70cl bottle, from an outturn of 1,326 bottles.
The whisky matured in bourbon hogsheads and was then finished in first-fill St. Julien wine casks. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colouring.
Fruity notes sit alongside elegant wine nuances.
