A 1991 Glen Scotia bottled by Gordon & MacPhail as part of its Connoisseur's Choice range. The range is made up of single cask and small batch bottlings from a family business that has worked with single malt for four generations.
The nose combines lemon and lime zest with white chocolate. On the palate come pear and peach flavours, followed by a hint of menthol. The finish is medium, with brazil nut, oak and tropical fruit.
