Gordon & MacPhail Connoisseurs Choice Dailuaine 1998 (70cl, 52.6%)

A single malt from Dailuaine, selected by Gordon & MacPhail for its Connoisseurs Choice range. It was distilled in 1998 and bottled on 14 October 2024 at a cask strength of 52.6%, in a 70cl bottle. The whisky was matured in a refill American hogshead and comes from an outturn of 193 bottles. It is non-chill filtered and of natural colour. Lemon and lime on the nose mingle with vanilla. The palate is sweet citrus with pineapple and toasted almonds, and the finish is full, with lingering tropical fruit and black pepper.
