The nose combines baked forest fruits, rich sherry, vanilla pod, Seville orange, festive spice and soft lemon zest. On the palate come butterscotch, citrus, nutmeg, apple pie and caramel, with baked apple, poached pear and honeycomb. The finish is long, with apple, dark toffee and a hint of smoke.
