Gordon & MacPhail Spirit of Scotland Glendullan 2010 Cask #303309 (58.1%)

This is a single cask Glendullan from Gordon & MacPhail's Spirit of Scotland range, distilled in 2010 at the Glendullan distillery in Dufftown, Speyside. Much of Glendullan's spirit goes into blended Scotch, so a single cask bottling is an uncommon way to meet it. It matured in ex-bourbon wood, is bottled at a cask strength of 58.1% without chill filtration or added colour, and comes from an outturn of 192 bottles. The nose offers honey, ripe peach and fresh mint. The palate is creamy, with banana and pineapple, and the finish is long, warm and spicy, ending on lime peel.
