Gosling's Family Reserve Old Rum comes from Gosling Brothers Ltd., founded in 1806, the only company that blends and bottles rum in Bermuda. It draws from the same molasses-based blend of pot still and column still distillate used for Black Seal, but ages 16 to 19 years in once-used, charred American oak ex-bourbon barrels. Each bottle is individually hand-numbered and sealed with wax in a Champagne-style bottle.
