A Trentino grappa from Giori, made from selected pomace from the area's representative grape varieties and aged in oak barriques. It is soft and rounded, with an intense, harmonious nose of vanilla, sweet spices, ripe fruit and delicate toasted notes from the wood. On the palate it is velvety, soft and full, balancing the distillate's character with the finesse of the oak. The finish is long, warm and slightly spicy. Best served after a meal or as a meditation grappa in a wide glass.
