Grappa Giori Stillae Uvae Acquavite (70cl, 40%)

Grappa Giori Stillae Uvae Acquavite is an Italian grappa from the Giori distillery in the Trentine Alps, bottled at 40% vol in a 70cl bottle. It is distilled from selected pomace and aged in oak casks. On the nose it shows a complex aromatic bouquet in which fresh fruit blends with vanilla and sweet spice notes. On the palate it is soft and enveloping, with a balance between alcoholic strength and delicate white fruit and citrus flavours. It is ideal as a digestif after a meal, served slightly chilled, and can accompany dark chocolate or add a distinctive touch to cocktails.
