A grappa from Giori, made with herbs, berries and roots selected from the Trentino mountains. The herbs and roots are placed by hand into bottles already filled with grappa and left to infuse for months. The prolonged rest gives the infusion an enveloping aroma and a well-harmonised taste. It is suited to the end of a meal, with desserts, strawberries and truffle crostini.
