A grappa from Distilleria Berta in Piedmont, distilled in 2010 from selected Nebbiolo pomace. It matured for a long period in wooden barrels, giving it aromatic complexity and a distinctive character.
On the nose it shows ripe fruit, vanilla and sweet spices such as cinnamon and clove. The palate is soft and harmonious, balancing alcoholic strength with fruit and wood notes, with a notable aromatic persistence.
It is suited to serving as a post-meal digestif at room temperature in glasses designed to highlight its qualities.
