Il 28 di Via San Nicolao Amaro d'Erbe (70cl)

An aromatic amaro from Distilleria Berta, made from selected herbs gathered in Piedmont. It is amber in colour, with an organoleptic profile that is rich and complex. The nose brings enveloping herbaceous notes, roots and spices, with marjoram, thyme and a light trace of mint. On the palate it is soft yet robust, balancing caramel sweetness with alpine herb bitterness and a gentle spice that carries into a long, pleasant finish. It is suited to serving as a digestif after a rich meal, or cold on a warm summer evening, and can also be used as a base for cocktails.
