Grappa Brachetto Riserva - Piasì - Distilleria Berta (70cl)

Grappa Berta Piasì Brachetto Riserva is distilled from the pomace of Brachetto grapes using a traditional bain-marie method in copper stills. After distillation it is aged in oak barriques, giving it an amber colour and added aromatic complexity. The nose shows rose, red fruit and a light spicy touch, with vanilla and chocolate notes from the wood. On the palate it is velvety and harmonious, balancing the grape's original sweetness with fresh acidity. The finish is persistent and warm, with spice and toasted wood. It is suited to the end of a meal, with dark chocolate or red-fruit desserts, or on its own.
