A grappa from Psenner, showing a light amber tone from wood influence. The nose opens with warm vanilla and caramel, dried fruit, toasted notes and a hint of almond and cocoa. On the palate it is enveloping but controlled, with roundness, warmth and a soft structure, leaving a pleasant persistence.
It suits quiet moments after a meal, and pairs well with dark chocolate, dry pastries and aged cheeses. Serve at room temperature in a tulip glass or a slightly warmed tumbler.
