Grappa Extrafina Selezione Bortolo Nardini (70cl, 42%)

A grappa from Nardini, made from a selection of pomace from the heart of Veneto. It is distilled slowly and in a controlled way to bring out the more delicate and aromatic notes of the raw material. The spirit is clear and bright. On the nose it shows intense but harmonious aromas of white-fleshed fruit with light herbaceous hints. On the palate it is soft, elegant and persistent, with a clean finish. It can be enjoyed on its own after a meal, or with desserts that are not too sweet and with aged cheeses.
