A grappa from Domenis, made from a careful selection of high-quality pomace and distilled to capture the essence of its territory. After distillation it is aged in barrique, gaining complexity and depth. It shows an intense amber colour. The nose brings vanilla, caramel, sweet spices, dried fruit and tobacco. The palate is enveloping and harmonious, with a balance of sweetness and toasted notes, and a long, refined, velvety finish.
