Grappa Picolit Special Edition Domenis (70cl, 45%)

An elegant grappa made from Picolit grape pomace, with a finely aromatic character. It shows floral and yellow-fleshed fruit notes, integrated with warm, enveloping softness. The palate is balanced, with present but not heavy structure, sustained warmth and a clean finish. It is suited to sipping at room temperature or slightly cool, and pairs with nut or honey desserts, dark chocolate and aged cheeses.
