A Grechetto IGT Umbria Bianco from Cesarini Sartori, grown in Umbria. It is bright straw yellow with greenish reflections. The nose shows white-fleshed fruit such as pear and green apple, fresh almond and a light acacia floral note. On the palate it is fresh, with good acidity balancing a light, pleasantly soft structure, and a clean fruity finish. It suits fish dishes and fresh light cheeses.
