RossoBastardo Umbria IGT Rosso is a red wine from Umbria by Cesarini Sartori. Ruby red in colour, it shows ripe red fruits such as cherry and blackberry, sweet spices and a light touch of vanilla from wood ageing. On the palate it is rich and well structured, with balanced acidity and tannins, and flavours of red fruit, chocolate and coffee leading to a long, persistent finish. It suits roasted meats and aged cheeses, and can also be served as an evening aperitif at around 18°C.
