Greco Sannio DOP - Janare - La Guardiense (13.5%)

A Greco from Sannio, produced by the La Guardiense cooperative. It shows a straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections. The nose offers fresh fruit such as peach and pear, white flowers and mineral notes. On the palate it is elegant and well balanced, with lively acidity and a solid structure leading to a persistent, refreshing finish. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperature in stainless steel. It suits grilled fish, light starters, fresh cheeses and Mediterranean dishes.
