Greenbar Distillery – Slow Hand Six Woods Cask Organic Whiskey

Slow Hand Six Woods Cask is an organic American whiskey from Greenbar Distillery, made from 100% malted barley. Rather than relying on a single barrel, it is matured with six kinds of wood, treated as an ingredient: white oak, grape, hickory, mulberry, red oak and maple. Dark fruit, butterscotch and black tea lead the tasting notes, with vanilla and baking spices alongside. It can be taken neat or used in cocktails such as an Old Fashioned, a Gold Rush or a Boulevardier.
