Slow Hand Six Woods is an organic whiskey from Greenbar Distillery, made from 100% malted barley. It treats wood as an ingredient rather than simply a container, and is matured with six kinds: white oak, grape, hickory, mulberry, red oak and maple. Its tasting notes run to dark fruit, butterscotch, black tea, vanilla and baking spices. It can be drunk neat or used in an Old Fashioned, a Gold Rush or a Boulevardier.
