Greign 20 Year Old Single Grain (70cl, 40%)

Greign 20 Year Old is a single grain whisky distilled at Macduff distillery and bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. The distillery's founders bought unusual old casks for maturing their grain whisky. It matures in a mix of charred oak and sherry casks. The tasting notes describe an amber whisky with a rounded nose of sherry and vanilla. The palate brings grapes, vanilla and icing sugar, and the finish is warm and short, with a subtle spiciness.
