A Gruner Veltliner Alto Adige DOC from Nossing, pale straw in colour, with a clear but discreet aromatic profile of green apple, citrus and a spicy note reminiscent of white pepper, plus marked mineral freshness. The palate is linear and clean, with good acidity that supports the sip without excess.
Best enjoyed relatively young. Serve fresh at 8-10 C and pair with simply prepared fish, grilled vegetables and herb-based dishes. It offers a balance of fragrance and savouriness for everyday drinking.
