Muller Thurgau Sass Rigais Alto Adige DOC - Nossing

A young, ready-to-drink white wine from Nossing, made from Muller Thurgau in the Alto Adige DOC. It is pale straw yellow. The nose is fragrant and restrained, with white flowers, apple, pear and a light citrus note. The palate is light-bodied and lively, with a balance between fruit and acidity that keeps it airy. Persistence is contained, suited to informal drinking. It pairs well with seafood starters, steamed fish, summer salads and fresh cheeses, and is best served cool.
