A white wine from Nossing, made from Kerner in the Alto Adige DOC.
It has a pale straw colour and controlled but intense aromas of white flowers, apple and pear with white flesh, citrus notes and a light herbaceous vein. On the palate it shows freshness and good acidity, with medium body and a mineral texture.
It is versatile with fish dishes, crustaceans, composed salads and fresh cheeses, and can also be served as an aperitif. Serve fresh, avoiding temperatures that are too low.
