Hakushu Bourbon Barrel is a Japanese whisky distilled at the Hakushu distillery, which sits among forest at the foot of the Southern Japan Alps. It is bottled at 48% in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky was aged entirely in first fill bourbon barrels. It is non-chill filtered, which has left a great deal of creamy sweetness in the glass.
