Hakushu – Distiller's Reserve Single Malt (70cl)

Hakushu Distiller's Reserve is a Japanese single malt from the Hakushu distillery, made as a tribute to fifty years of Japanese whisky. It is a vatting of young malts and malts aged in American white oak casks. The colour is light gold. The nose is of mint, melon and cucumber, and the palate brings yuzu, grapefruit and lemon thyme. The finish is refreshing, with a subtle smokiness.
