Hakushu Story of the Distillery 2026 Edition is a limited-edition single malt from Suntory's Hakushu distillery in Yamanashi, Japan. It is bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle and was released in 2026 as the third in the Story of the Distillery series.
It continues the 2024 theme of the distillery in the forest. The label and packaging use Echizen washi paper and show the distillery among lush greenery, a nod to the mountain water and cool, high-altitude climate. Hakushu, founded in 1973, is known for a light, gently smoky house style.
