Hamilton Beachbum Berry's Navy Grog Blend Rum (1L, 57%)

Hamilton Beachbum Berry's Navy Grog Blend Rum is a blend of rums from Jamaica, Guyana, Trinidad and the Dominican Republic, including pot still rum from Worthy Park Estate, a pot-and-column blend from Demerara Distillers Ltd., and column still rums from Trinidad Distillers Ltd. and Alcoholes Finos Dominicanos. It is bottled at traditional Navy Strength of 57% ABV. It was created to capture the character of Don the Beachcomber's original 1940s Navy Grog, which called for three different Caribbean rums. It works in tiki cocktails calling for multiple rums and can also be poured neat over a large rock. Reviews note cinnamon and baking spice on the nose, caramel and dried fruits on the palate, and a slight brashness on the finish.
