Handy & Schiller Barreled Manhattan RTD Cocktail (75cl, 35%)

A ready-to-drink barreled Manhattan cocktail built on Sazerac Rye Whiskey, blended with sweet vermouth and Peychaud's Bitters, then rested together in Sazerac Rye barrels. It is produced at Buffalo Trace Distillery as part of the Sazerac family's premium barrel-aged cocktail program. Barrel ageing allows the components to integrate, softening edges while adding subtle oak, vanilla and spice complexity. Bottled at cocktail strength and ready to pour. The nose has candied cherry, vanilla and light oak, with rye spice, caramel and a hint of dried fruit and tobacco leaf. The palate is smooth and well structured, with rye spice and black pepper, sweet vermouth richness, dark cherry, caramelised sugar and subtle herbal bitterness, plus gentle vanilla and toasted oak. The finish is clean and lingering, with balanced sweetness, rye warmth and a soft oak-spice fade.
