Hatozaki Japanese Blended Whisky (70cl)

Hatozaki is a Japanese blended whisky from Kaikyo Distillery, in a 70cl bottle. It is one of the two whiskies that mark the start of the Yonezawa family's venture at the distillery, which was set up to make a new name in Japanese whisky. The style is delicate, with floral character at its centre. The colour is a pale lemon yellow. Violet and jasmine lead on the nose, and the palate is gentle, harmonious and smooth, echoing the flavours of the nose.
