Hatozaki Small Batch is a Japanese blended malt from Kaikyo Distillery, in a 75cl bottle. It is a vatting made entirely of malt whiskies.
The malts are aged in three kinds of cask: imported bourbon casks, imported sherry casks and native Mizunara oak barrels.
It is described as sweet and cereal-led, with malty dried fruit on the palate and a light touch of smoke and honey on the finish.
