A 10 year old Hazelburn, an official bottling from 2014 at 46% ABV. The whisky is triple distilled.
Tasting notes describe a nose of sunflower oil, paraffin, tinned pineapple and orange, with roses and lychee. The palate is waxy and lemony, with clay, olive oil, a little seawater and a gingery earthiness. The finish is long, waxy and mineral, with a bitter edge.
