This is a 10 year old Hazelburn single malt, triple distilled and matured in bourbon casks. It was bottled on 17 May 2023.
The nose opens with Manuka honeycomb, vanilla and fudge, then moves towards stewed pears, baked apples, crumble topping and nougat. The triple distillation shows in a very soft, elegant palate of vanilla and milk chocolate, lifted by honey and citrus zest. The finish is soft and creamy.
