This is Hazelburn 2007, a 13-year-old Campbeltown single malt from Springbank's unpeated, triple-distilled Hazelburn. It was an official distillery bottling released in 2020, in a 70cl bottle at 50.3% ABV.
The whisky matured in fresh Oloroso sherry butts and was bottled without colouring or chill filtration. The limited edition ran to 9,900 bottles.
It is described as a rustic, slightly dirty Hazelburn, with rich dark fruit, wild mushroom and struck match on a full, dry palate.
