Heaven's Door Double Barrel Whiskey (75cl, 50%)

Heaven's Door Double Barrel is an American whiskey bottled at 50% in a 75cl bottle. It was co-created by Bob Dylan with Marc Bushala, and the bottle carries Dylan's welded iron-gate artwork. It blends two straight bourbons and one straight rye, each aged for at least five years in new oak. The blend then spends a further six to twelve months in heavily charred, alligator-charred new American oak barrels. It is certified Kosher. The nose offers maple, milled grain, dried berries, vanilla custard and toasted oak. On the palate come caramel and dough with dark cherry and Meyer lemon, then dry oak, vanilla bean and dried apricot, and the finish brings coconut, orange oil and cocoa.
