Kura 'The Whisky' from Helios Distillery is a pure malt whisky finished in Oloroso sherry casks. It was first aged in American white oak, and the malt used is imported Scotch malt whisky.
The nose brings dark berries, dried apricot and vanilla, with malt and spice. The palate is smooth, creamy and full-bodied, with fig, raisin and cinnamon, and a soft sweetness with winter spice. The finish is long and lingering, led by the sweetness of chocolate and sherry.
