Heliossy Classic is a blended Scotch whisky from the Highlands, made from a high proportion of single malt blended with grain whisky. It is bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle.
The blend is matured in both bourbon and sherry casks. On the nose come Madagascan vanilla pod and wildflower honey, with a faint note of honeyed pear. The palate has a velvety body, with salted caramel, nutmeg and white pepper over aged oak.
The finish is warm and lingering, with a dark brown sugar sweetness.
