Hellyers Road The Journeyman is a Tasmanian single malt whisky, triple distilled at the Hellyers Road distillery.
It is a marriage of two malts: one matured for 12 years in bourbon casks, the other for 5 years in Port casks made from French oak.
The distillery bottled it at 46.2% ABV, with no added colour and no chill filtration, in a 70cl bottle.
