Hendrick's Oasium Gin (75cl, 43.4%)

Hendrick's Oasium is a limited release gin from the Cabinet of Curiosities series, made at the Hendrick's Gin Palace in Girvan, Scotland. It was inspired by a desert journey that ended at a hidden oasis of cooling herbs and vivid fruit. It starts with classic Hendrick's, distilled in two different stills and infused with rose and cucumber, then adds citrus and herbal, desert-inspired botanicals. Juniper remains the anchor, but the gin is greener and brighter than usual. It is bottled at 43.4% ABV. The nose is verdant herbs and delicate green aromatics with bright citrus. The palate is silky and refreshing, with juniper, cooling herbs and balanced citrus, and the finish has a fresh zing of citrus.
